Developing sushi in urban

This is challenging sushi dish in the urban, which is supposed to aim to the international dish from Japan.
I think it a kind of art food and beautiful dish as well as good taste.
I expect it will be in the local town.

  1. I heard before, Sushi of " Sishiro of the belt-conveyor sushi" don't turn.
    I was not too interested in this topic, because I rarely ate the sushi.
    Even so, I was surprised at this photo. Sushi, it was so much evolution!
    Not only Sushi bar, it will be provided as a menu of the restaurants abroad.

    By the way,
    Perhaps because the Toyama marathon is approaching, many people are running more than before.
    I saw 6~7 people running in the course of the plan today.

    1. It's really an interesting view of your neighborhood that marathon runners are practicing to run about 42.195Km. I hope Toyama historical event will succeed on that day.

    But, I like Japanese traditional sush in fact.

    By the way, I joined regular meeting of walking club after long absence and walked 15km to Kurobe station from Nyuzen station via visiting spring water of Ikuji.
