It's good season to use lots of Chinese cabbage.
It reminds me of Japanese nabe cooking, sukiyaki or quick salt pickles and so on.
Recently I like to make the leftover for the using nabe, into sour pickles of Chinese cabbage.
It's really easy and healthy every meal.

削除Coming season in my home, we eat well the Chinese cabbage. Menu of my home is pickles, miso soup, Nabe dishes etc. I got two big Chinese cabbages from the parents' house of my wife also today.
返信削除By the way, looking at the net, "Chinese cabbage" seems to mean widely "Chinese vegetables" and "Hakusai" of Japan seems to be called "Napa(or Nappa) cabbage". "Napa(or Nappa)" is ｢菜っ葉｣ of Japanese word.
It's so interesting to learn languages. Of course the root of Japanese is Chinese, so we have a lot of similar in Chinese.
