Chinese cabbage recipes

It's good season to use lots of Chinese cabbage.
It reminds me of Japanese nabe cooking, sukiyaki or quick salt pickles and so on.
Recently I like to make the leftover for the using nabe, into sour pickles of Chinese cabbage.
It's really easy and healthy every meal.
These are the extended recipes of Chinese cabbage.

    By the way,
    My voice was hoarse from Sunday. I took medicines and drank a lot of the honey citron tea.
    Finally, came back voice today. Even so, It was good to got the citrons from Julia.

  2. Coming season in my home, we eat well the Chinese cabbage. Menu of my home is pickles, miso soup, Nabe dishes etc. I got two big Chinese cabbages from the parents' house of my wife also today.
    By the way, looking at the net, "Chinese cabbage" seems to mean widely "Chinese vegetables" and "Hakusai" of Japan seems to be called "Napa(or Nappa) cabbage". "Napa(or Nappa)" is 「菜っ葉」 of Japanese word.

    1. It's so interesting to learn languages. Of course the root of Japanese is Chinese, so we have a lot of similar in Chinese.

  3. My PC is now a repair shop, and under repair. Maybe it'll come back to tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I cannot wait, too.
