Imperial dahlia
Though I'm caring and watching a small plant of imperial dahlia still short about 80cm with no blooming in my garden, I see the big plants of dahlia blooming in the neighborhood as every year.
I'm very sorry for my poor soil and environment. In the other hand, they are more than 2 meters tall and beautiful.

Emperor dahlia blooming in your neighborhood is very beautiful . Especially, it is a surprise that there is a lot of flower buds at only one of the tree.
返信削除There was emperor dahlia also in my garden, but unfortunately it was withered in the heat of this summer.
I hope that I get tree stump of emperor dahlia from Jean Gabin next year.
By the way, today I received the information of next year's oversea tour of walking club.
The overseas tour of the next year is two of foot pass walking of the U. K. and the half marathon & walking of San Francisco in the United States. I am intend to participate in either.
Wow! It seems really exciting tours both in the UK and the US.

When I went to Himeji-castle I saw the white flowefrs were blooming from the window of the castle, they are looked like cherry bloosom.

But the photo of the cherry which bloomed in winter was appeared in today's newspaper.
The flower which I saw in Himeji-castle might be the cherry which bloomed in winter.
Unlike the cherry bloom of spring, I felt atmosphere of "Resoulte".
I've heard of cherry blossoms in winter season ...you are lucky to have seen them!
